This Place Matters. So Does Your Support.

2025 marks 25 years since the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument was designated. It was protected not for what could be taken from it, but for what could be preserved.

Since then, Friends of Cascade-Siskiyou has been here to care for it. We have trained rangers, supported student and Indigenous-led research, led hikes, restored habitat, and helped thousands of people connect more deeply to the land. We have shown up quietly and persistently to protect what is rare, vibrant, and vital.

Now we are asking you to do the same.

This spring, we are working to raise $25,000 to carry this mission forward. Your gift to the 25th Anniversary Campaign will help us:

  • Put trained rangers on the ground to welcome visitors, lead hikes, and build public connection to the Monument

  • Monitor and restore fragile habitats, including beaver wetlands, meadows, and oak woodlands

  • Fund student and Tribal-led research that deepens our understanding of this unique landscape

  • Offer free public programs that make conservation accessible and participatory

Federal support is uncertain. Partner budgets are shrinking. But we are still here, and we are not stepping back.

This is what stewardship looks like: showing up, even when systems fall short.

If you believe in the future of this place, make a gift today.
