Join the Friends of Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and expert leaders on August 3rd for a Dragonfly and Damselfly BioBlitz! We will be working together to survey meadows, bogs, streams, and lakes throughout the Monument, and each species that we come across will be counted and recorded. A BioBlitz is an exciting form of citizen science, where YOU get to become the scientist! Help us continue our work to map out the biodiversity of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. Space is limited, so register today!
Where: Pinehurst Elementary School, 15337 OR-66, Ashland, OR 97520
When: All registered participants will meet at Pinehurst School at 8am. We will disperse to survey sites from there, and reconvene at Pinehurst to tally results. The event will conclude at 5pm.
