Hike: Fungi Hunting

Hike with mycologist Scot Loring. Mushrooms of the Klamath Knot. The CSNM is well-known for its incredible biological diversity. The contributions of fungi to this diversity are however quite underexplored. Contribute to the knowledge of this diversity through your own explorations during this hike. We do however know that many desirable edibles are abundant within the CSNM; come and learn them along with their poisonous lookalikes. Learn to search for and identify truffles.
