Hike and Learn: Rare Plants and Local Stewardship at Mariposa Botanical Preserve

Join KS Wild's Adopt-a-Botanical Area Coordinator, Jeanine Moy for a Friday evening talk  to discuss both rare plants and non-native weed species of the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument.
     A collaborative event with KS Wild (Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center), along with Siskiyou Chapter, Native Plant Society of Oregon, Friends of Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and Medford BLM Botanist Armand Rebiscke. This is a free community event.

This trip requires over-land walking on uneven terrain and moderate slopes.
+ Please come prepared with full-length pants, plenty of water, snacks, and sun hat/protection. Work gloves will be provided if needed.
